历经三年开花结果的神奇调料—草果【滇西小哥】

四季调料系列(四):草果

在山上转了一圈儿,摘了一堆草果、八角和砂仁,做成新鲜的卤料!又花了100块钱买个猪头回来卤!真香~
即使在滇西地区,也有很多人没有见过新鲜的草果!草果种植三年才开始结果,生长在阴暗潮湿无污染的山沟沟里,香味很独特的!

Spices of Four Seasons (IV): Tsao-ko
I walked around the mountains and picked a lot of tsao-ko, star anise and amomum villosum lour to make some fresh braising seasoning. I also spent 100 RMB on a pig’s head! How delicious~

Even for those living in Dianxi, many haven’t got a chance to see fresh tsao-ko. Tsao-ko has a unique freagrance. It only starts to bear fruits after the first three years and grows in damp and pollution-free valleys.
